By booking a service with Premium Tint&Wrap, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Appointments & Cancellations

All services must be booked in advance. We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of vehicle wrapping or paint protection film (PPF) services, and 24 hours’ notice for window tinting services. Failure to provide the required notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Deposits & Payments

A deposit is required for wrapping and PPF services and must be paid before the service begins. This deposit is not required to secure a booking, but is necessary prior to any work commencing. No deposit is required for window tinting services. Full payment for all services is due upon completion. We accept cash, debit cards, and all major credit cards. All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Service Warranty

We stand by the quality of our services and the materials we use.

Window tinting services are backed by a lifetime warranty, covering bubbling, peeling, fading, and discolouration under normal conditions.
Vehicle wrapping and PPF services come with a limited warranty of up to 10 years, depending on the specific material used and adherence to proper maintenance guidelines. This warranty covers material defects and installation issues, but does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or exposure to extreme conditions outside the material’s rated specifications.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that vehicles are clean and accessible at the time of service. Any additional cleaning or delays due to vehicle condition may result in extra charges. Premium Tint&Wrap is not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects that were not disclosed prior to service.

Liability

While we take every precaution when working on your vehicle, Premium Tint&Wrap is not liable for any incidental or consequential damage, including electrical issues, pre-existing paint flaws, or unrelated mechanical problems. Vehicles left on our premises are stored at the owner's risk.

Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, artwork, and content created by Premium Tint&Wrap remain the intellectual property of the business and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written consent.

Your personal information is handled securely and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We do not share your information with third parties without your explicit permission.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including abusive behavior, unsafe vehicle conditions, or failure to comply with these terms and conditions.

Amendments

These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. The most current version is always available upon request or on our website.
