Refund Policy
At Premium Tint&Wrap, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering high-quality workmanship and using premium materials. However, due to the nature of our services, we have the following refund policy in place:
Non-Refundable Services
Once a service has been completed (including window tinting, wrapping, and PPF), refunds will not be issued, except in cases where there is a clear defect in workmanship or materials as covered under our warranty (see Terms and Conditions).
Deposits
Deposits made for wrapping and PPF services are non-refundable once work has commenced or materials have been ordered on your behalf. If you cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice and materials have not yet been ordered, your deposit may be refunded at our discretion.
Warranty Claims
If you experience issues such as bubbling, peeling, fading, or other installation defects covered under your service warranty:

Window tinting: Covered under a lifetime warranty.

Wrapping and PPF: Covered under a limited warranty of up to 10 years, depending on materials used.
In these cases, we will offer a repair or replacement, not a refund.
Customer Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your service, please notify us within 7 days of completion. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a solution, which may include adjustments, partial re-application, or service credit.
Custom Orders
No refunds will be issued for custom-designed wraps or tint films once production has started or materials have been cut.
